The Brinkman family at home
Who we are

We're Chris and Casey Brinkman — and we do things differently.

This company was born out of a desire for something more for our family. Since 2017, we've grown our business while raising our kids side by side with it. We didn't want the routine of clocking in and out, limited income ceilings, or structuring our lives around PTO and daycare schedules. We wanted flexibility, ownership of our time, and the ability to design a life that prioritized what matters most.

Our business is built on one foundation: putting God first. He guides our strategy, our partnerships, and the way we serve. We're passionate about producing work that reflects excellence because we believe excellence is a form of worship. With over a decade of marriage and seven years growing our digital marketing company, we've learned that when faith and business align, powerful things happen.

We're highly specialized — not generalists. What we do, we do really well. Digital advertising is our lane, and we've spent over ten years refining our craft. We're grateful to live the life we once prayed for — and even more grateful that our work allows us to help other business owners create freedom and growth for their families as well.

Casey Brinkman

In 2017, just three months from her first daughter's arrival, she wrote her first proposal and signed her first client. In that moment, Digital Brink was born. For two and a half years, Casey worked 60 hours a week growing Digital Brink on the side of her full-time job. At a complete burn-out stage, she had a conversation with Chris expressing how she either needed to scale back, quit, or hire someone to help. Knowing how hard she worked to grow the business, Chris couldn't sit back and let it fail. He joined Digital Brink as a partner in 2019.

Casey started her career in 2013 as a social media manager for an advertising agency. After a couple of years into her career, a dream of entrepreneurship was dropped in her heart. She begged her leadership to allow her to learn Facebook Ads — she could see that social media advertising was a very valuable skill that could benefit so many small businesses that did not have large budgets for radio, TV, or billboard advertising.

Soon after, both Casey and Chris left their corporate 9-5 jobs to become entrepreneurs. Casey has a love for small, purpose-driven businesses and a passion to help them grow and succeed. When she's not working, she's spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading, crocheting, baking, cooking, and gardening — basically being a granny!

Chris Brinkman

Before joining Digital Brink in 2019, Chris built his career across several industries, including golf, sales, and logistics. After marrying Casey, he always dreamed of building a business together, even though neither of them knew exactly when that opportunity would come or what it would look like.

Once he joined Digital Brink, Chris used every spare moment to immerse himself in Google Ads, teaching himself the platform while still working his corporate job. In 2021, he took the leap and joined the business full-time. Just two months later, Digital Brink doubled its revenue. Today, Chris leads the company's operations and oversees Google Ads strategy and campaign management, helping clients achieve measurable growth through data-driven marketing.

Outside of work, Chris loves spending time with Casey and their two daughters, staying active in the gym, and hitting the golf course whenever he can. And every fall Saturday, you'll find him cheering on his Michigan Wolverines.
